What if I need to modify my order?

Firstly, login to the order and cancel the order. If we have already processed the order this may not be possible. 

Please contact us at sales@kartt.co.uk (Mon-Friday 8-4pm) and our customer team will try to be of assistance.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Just login to your account and change the details.

How much is shipping?

For shipping there is a blanket contribution of £6 per transaction for all jockey wheels and related products. Orders in excess of £200 benefit from free delivery.

 

Export Orders

Your purchase are subject to export handling charges, customs clearance charge and local customs charge upon arrival in the importing country. 

This affects orders outside the UK Mainland. Customers in Northern Ireland the EU and Worldwide will be affected by some or all these charges.

To place an order outside of the UK, please email sales@kartt.co.uk for a shipping quote.

How long will Shipping Take?

Typically orders that are received before 10am can be dispatched the same day and delivered within 2-4 days from dispatch. Otherwise, orders will be dispatched the following day.  Orders from Scotland and Northern Ireland will typically take 3-5 days from dispatch.  

How can I track my parcel?

Kartt’s warehouse team will always send you tracking information by email.

There may be a slight delay for this but keep an eye out for it in your inbox and please remember to check your spam folder.

 

PAYMENT 

What payment types are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted. Please contact us if there’s any concerns on payment. We also accept bank transfer.

 

How can I become a trade customer

Please email us at sales@kartt.co.uk or complete our trade enquiry form. 

 

Returns

You may cancel your order within 14 days. Goods must be returned to us, unused and in their original packaging. Kartt will reimburse you the orginal cost of the goods and this will be refunded by your method of payment.

You will bear all shipping costs unless the item being returned was sent in error or is faulty. 

To return product in the first instance, email or telephone and we will provide a reference number to be included with your returns.
